How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! You don't need any prior experience with meditation to do this practice. All you need is an open mind. People of any background or age benefit from this meditation, including kids and older adults!

  • You can join as many classes as you would like throughout the week. We recommend at least 3 days a week, but the more you practice, the more results you will see.

  • Once you sign up for a membership, you can get started right away! We will work with you to find times that fit your schedule.

  • Our memberships are paid monthly and include unlimited support and classes. You can join as many classes as you want, when you want.

  • You can start buy booking a consultation with us. There we will get to know your reason for doing meditation, introduce you to our method, provide you with membership options, and answer any questions you might have.

  • As you meditate you will notice the benefits the more you cleanse your mind. Your mind will feel calmer and lighter. We also check in with you regularly to monitor your progress and help you to stay on track.

  • Our meditation guides have over 10 years of experience and are passionate about helping others better their lives, find true happiness within, and live as their true authentic selves.
