Yes! You don't need any prior experience with meditation to do this practice. All you need is an open mind. People of any background or age benefit from this meditation, including kids and older adults!
You can join as many classes as you would like throughout the week. We recommend at least 3 days a week, but the more you practice, the more results you will see.
You can start buy booking a consultation with us. There we will get to know your reason for doing meditation, introduce you to our method, provide you with membership options, and answer any questions you might have.
